Home visits

Feed and Flow Clinic provides home-visit appointments only. We do not have a clinic premises for patients to attend.

We understand that having a healthcare professional visit your home can be particularly helpful for families who may find travelling or attending a clinic difficult.

When arranging your appointment, please let us know about any accessibility requirements, communication needs, or other circumstances that may affect your appointment. There is also a space on the previsit form to highlight any needs. We will discuss your needs with you and make reasonable adjustments where possible.

If there is anything we can do to make your home visit more comfortable or accessible, please let us know before your appointment.

Communication and alternative formats

We want our information and communication to be accessible to you.

If you have difficulty accessing information on our website or require information in an alternative format during your appointment, please contact us. Where reasonably possible, we will provide information in a format that meets your needs or help you access the information you require.
